MAC USERS: If you are trying to watch videos in our insite video player, then chances are you will need to download and install FLIP FOR MAC PLUGIN HERE This will allow your quicktime movie player to play WMV files. The best thing to do is download or view our MP4 files (they are higher resolution files anyway, and smaller files also)
Viewing & Browser Issues:
Internet Explorer: X This browser has issues with php based sites and newer internet applications like log-ins and .png files which are frquently used on our site for the template and the graphic designs included in buttons and many elements of the site. Listed here are a few things to change if you are using ANY version of IE.
Cookies MUST be enabled!
To do this simply click on your web browsers preferences and click enable cookies in the security settings.

Best Fix:
Upgrade your internet browser to Firefox HERE
Safari & Firefox:
Both Safari and Firefox should work great, however cookies must be enabled for any browser!
Other Browsers:

Membership Subscription Renew or Change:
Current Members: upgrade your subscription by using the 'my subscription' button in the user menu when you are logged in in the left bar of the main site.
DENIAL EMAIL BECAUSE YOU 'Currently have a subscription with that e-mail address' ? Just go to the log in panel and click forgot password, enter the email address and user name associated with your account and it will mail you a new password, then simply upgrade your account by clicking the MY SUBSCRIPTION button in the pink user menu, and you can upgrade your account there and you will have to log in again once the payment goes through.:)
Expired Members: to upgrade,renew,rejoin, you can log in to your existing account and follow the instructions that will get your membership activated again using the same info that you previously entered into the system.For security purposes we do not keep credit card info, so you will have to re-enter your credit card info to renew your membership, but all of your log in info stays the same.
Log-In Issues: again: Cookies must be enabled!The most important thing here and with most internet log in based sites and esspecially adult sites,cookies must be enabled. This is not so we can put a bunch of spam on your computer or track anything..as you can see we do not have ANY advertisements here on our site and we plan to keep it that way. We do not sell info, or even sell our content to others. Everything is safe here with us.
